Behaviour

At Little Horsted, we believe that positive behaviour is fundamental to creating a happy, safe and successful learning environment where every child can flourish. High expectations of behaviour help pupils develop respect, responsibility, resilience and kindness, enabling them to make the most of every learning opportunity.

Our approach focuses on building positive relationships, celebrating success and supporting children to make good choices. By working together with families, we can ensure that all pupils feel valued, supported and ready to learn.

To help parents and carers understand our approach, we have provided both our Behaviour Policy and a Behaviour and Culture at a Glance Guide, both of which can be found below. These documents outline our expectations, routines and the ways in which we support children to uphold our school values every day.
